Andrea turned her passion for results-driven communication and efficient project management into Positive Solutions in 2007. Since then, her firm has supported clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local non-profit organizations. As an entrepreneur and owner of a certified WBE, she brings creativity, initiative, and strategic thinking to every project.
She began her career doing agency work at mid-sized firms in both New Jersey and California. Driven by a need to meet what she saw as a gap in the market, she launched Positive Solutions - a firm that provides excellent customer service without burdensome overhead costs. She leads a team of seasoned professionals capable of fulfilling all your marketing needs.
Andrea graduated from Cabrini University with a degree in English and communications. She now sits on the Board of Trustees of her alma mater in addition to volunteering with various other community-based organizations.
Ann is a key member of the Positive Solutions team, serving as CFO. Ann ensures that she is providing quality accounting and compliance services, in addition to book keeping and financial reporting, Ann works diligently to ensure all state registrations and renewals are completed in a timely manner, and clients maintain good standing with their respective agencies. Her experience comes from her tenure as the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for the State Theatre of New Jersey in addition to the ten years she spent at Mercadien as a CPA providing auditing and accounting advisory services for non-profit and government entities.
Ann graduated summa cum laude from Lehigh University with two bachelor’s degrees (accounting and classical civilization). While there she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She is a licensed CPA in the state of New Jersey, a chartered Global Management Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She also volunteers her time as a faculty member for the BoardConnect program of VolunteerConnect.
Vice President Marketing & Digital Media Strategy
As the Vice President of Marketing & Digital Media Strategy for Positive Solutions, Marcus leads the agency’s efforts to develop, design and implement digital media strategies that deliver results for our clients. In his career, he has worked with a wide range of clients, including well-known consumer brands, Fortune 500 companies, and innovative start-ups. His experience working in a variety of industries gives him a keen insight into multiple markets and a unique ability to develop strategies that improve brand awareness in any environment. In addition to his work with Positive Solutions, Marcus also does consulting work helping women-owned businesses launch their brand and grow their business in their particular market.
Executive Vice President of Business Development
Donna brings over 20 years of business development savvy to the Positive Solutions team. During her time at Nassau Broadcasting and Hamilton Jewelers she has worked with clients across a variety of fields and industries nationwide.
Donna brings her knowledge, experience and ability to truly understand what her clients need and provide customized solutions and programs specifically designed for their situation, which makes her a natural fit for our agency. As our Executive Vice President of Business Development, she is eager to identify solutions for you. Donna is also very active in the community with Kidsbridge and YWCA of Princeton.

Gretchen DiMarco is our go-to team member for copy writing, media buying and social media strategy. She built her skills in brand positioning and campaign execution in fields ranging from government and finance to education and the non-profit sector (her favorite!). She earned her degree in advertising from Syracuse University's renowned SI Newhouse School of Public Communications.
Megan brings over twenty years of administrative and project management expertise to the Positive Solutions team in her role as Account Executive. Her professional experience with industries ranging from telecommunications and higher education to retail and publishing has given her a wide breadth of experience to draw from as she works with our clients.
Scott has 25 years of experience in graphic design, publishing, and customer service. He earned his bachelors in English at TCNJ (née TSC) and spent lots of time as a layout editor, prepress manager, workflow consultant, and family man. Scott is a lifelong New Jersey guy and Philadelphia Eagles fan who has been with the Positive Solutions team since the beginning – he even designed our logo back in ’07. He gets excited about new projects and finding creative ways to connect and communicate with people.
Yesid is a 25-year veteran of the media industry with experience in graphic design, print media, video, photography, and online platforms. During his career, Yesid has demonstrated a unique ability to adapt to the ever-changing landscape and deliver consistent results. Yesid’s fluency in Spanish is critical to Positive Solution’s success, as we continue to expand our capacity to communicate effectively with new audiences. Yesid has been recognized with awards from the Society for News Design, Pennsylvania News Media Association and the National Association of Hispanic Publications.
Christopher has 15 years of experience as a graphic designer, art director, and artist. After graduating from Monmouth University, he began his career as an art director for Hamilton Jewelers, and he has worked with clients across a variety of industries as a freelance designer and retoucher. He enjoys the opportunity to create for a living, and he is eager for the next challenge.
Executive Administrative Assistant
Karen Coate came out of retirement to keep things moving for Positive Solutions. She takes the skills she built during a 37-year career in business education and uses them to ensure smooth operations and an optimal experience for our clients. She enjoys working cooperatively with the team and providing excellent customer service. Karen has both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from Rider University.
