Scope and objectives of the assignment: Digital media has overtaken traditional media in our client work as the world increasingly turns online for information. CFG was receiving negative user feedback from confused website visitors and asked the Positive Solutions team to analyze their site to determine where to invest their time and resources for improvements. 

Outcomes/Narrative: Our team analyzed the CFG group’s multiple brand web pages and examine competitor sites for determining best practices in the industry. Positive Solutions provided a through site audit and recommendations for text, graphic, and organization to help improve the flow and user experience. Recommendations were addressed quickly by CFG’s in-house staff. Today the brand is easier to understand and navigate online.
