NJ Office of the Courts Pre-Foreclosure Campaign

Objective

Work with the NJ Courts to develop and execute a comprehensive, bilingual (English and Spanish) digital, audio and out-of-home marketing campaign focused on raising awareness across NJ regarding the availability of free, pre-foreclosure assistance, placing an emphasis on regions with the highest rates of foreclosure (Camden, Essex, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties, as well as the City of Trenton). 

Total Budget: $1.8M

First Round: $1M: Oct. 1, 2023, to Sept. 30, 2024 

Second Round: $800K: Oct. 21, 2024, to Sept. 30, 2025

Results

Created copy and graphic design for bilingual English and Spanish campaign creative to appeal to a statewide audience 

  • Secured statewide media placement through digital advertising tactics and out-of-home billboard advertising

  • Created audio scripts and recorded ads to be distributed across over-the-air radio on 28 NJ stations via iHeartRadio’s Total Traffic and Weather Network (including bonus PSA placements), four NJ stations via Press Communications, as well as digital streaming/on-demand audio and podcasts 

  • Secured strategically placed billboards along high traffic areas in the 5 areas of New Jersey with the highest rates of foreclosure: Camden, Essex, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties, as well as the City of Trenton.  

  • Digital Advertising Tactic Results: Utilizing various digital ad formats and digital streaming/on demand audio and podcasts, as of February 2025, Positive Solutions is on track to deliver a combined: 

    • 81.2M+ impressions

    • 171,386k clicks  

    • 0.28% average Click Through Rate

    • 95.6% average Listen Through Rate for streaming audio

  • Over-the-Air Radio Results: Positive Solutions is on track to deliver a total of: 89.3M+ impressions

  • Out-of-Home – Billboards Results: Positive Solutions is on track to deliver a total of 117.2M+ impressions

  • Overall Results: NJ Courts Staff has reported a decrease in Pre-Foreclosure inquiry filings and calls, as well as increased engagement with the self-help options on the website
