NJ Department of Community Affairs COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program Phase II (CVERAP II)

Objective

Working with the NJ Department of Community Affairs, develop a multilingual marketing campaign to inform New Jersey residents in 27 targeted cities who may need assistance with their rental arrears or other utilities due to the impacts of COVID-19. The campaign communicated how individuals can find out if they qualify for and apply for assistance.     

Results

  • Created $93,500 outreach plan that included print and digital billboards as well as bus shelters strategically placed within 27 targeted cities and high population areas, with a specific focus in low-income neighborhoods

    • 24.5M+ total impressions 

    • $3.81 Cost per 1,000 Impressions (CPM) – Cost-effectively maximizing reach
