NJ Department of Agriculture’s “Jersey Fresh Farm to School” Calendar

Objective

Promote the popular State of NJ Department of Agriculture “Jersey Fresh Farm to School” program via their annual calendar publication and mailing. Positive Solutions worked with the Department on the redesign of the 2020 annual calendar and coordinated distribution to a complex list of recipients - all within an extremely short time frame. Since 2019, Positive Solutions has continued to fulfill this project each year.

Results

  • In 2019, the calendar was completely redesigned and approved in just four weeks

  • Design overhaul improved color reproduction, photos, and legibility

  • Annual print runs of 10,000 includes statewide mailing and delivery to a combination of 8,516 schools, state agencies, childcare centers, Summer Food Service Program Sites, and other community organizations across New Jersey

  • Total project cost continues to deliver savings in printing and mailing, including the most efficient use of funding in the eight-year history of the NJ Department of Agriculture Jersey Fresh Farm to School Calendar project
