NJ Department of Human Services – Division of Aging Services (DoAS) NJSave Campaign

Objective:

Working with the NJ Department of Human Services Division of Aging Services, develop and execute a comprehensive, multilingual digital, broadcast, print, and out-of-home marketing campaign focused on raising statewide awareness regarding the NJSave program, specifically targeting seniors and caregivers.

Results:

Created copy and graphic design for English, Spanish, Korean, Russian and Gujarati campaign ads to appeal to a statewide audience through digital, print, broadcast and out-of-home media tactics.

  • Digital:

    • Social Boost Digital Display Ads (look-alike Facebook ads placed programmatically across the web to the target audience)

    • Sponsored Content on TAPInto, The Haitian Times and Russian Bazaar

    • Positive Solutions delivered a combined:

      • 9.8M+ impressions

      • 9.7k+ clicks 

  • Print:

    • Placed ads in multiple foreign language publications, including: Gujarat Darpan, NJ Information, Russian Bazaar, El Especialito, and Latinos Unidos de Nueva Jersey.

    • Placed ads on placemats in 139 diners across the state

  • Broadcast:

    • Placed TV & streaming ads with Comcast and Altice in both English and Spanish across the state

    • Positive Solutions delivered a combined:

      • 9.6M+ cable impressions

      • 455.5k+ streaming impressions 

  • Out-Of-Home

    • Placed billboard ads strategically across the state on high traffic highways and roads

    • Utilized the NJ Transit statewide network to place ads on trains, light rail, platforms, and busses 

    • Placed bus shelter ads strategically across the state in high traffic areas for public transport

    • Placed ads in waiting rooms, cafeterias, and on charging stations in high-volume hospital campuses across the state

    • Positive Solutions delivered a combined:

      • 122.2M+ billboard impressions

      • 117.6M+ bus shelter impressions

      • 57.1M+ estimated NJ Transit impressions

      • 6.4M+ impressions from hospital campuses
